No matter our differences, we all desire to love and be loved. When we live more from that space, that knowing, we relate to ourselves and others in a much more compassionate way.

Honoured to have you here ♡

My name is lauren (she/her).

A citizen of Canada but a child of the earth, I am an avid traveller whose path has led to India, the birthplace of Yoga, three times for study. I hold certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and am an experienced Vipassana meditation practitioner.

Honouring yoga’s South Asian roots is essential to my practice, and I am committed to learning from and supporting the communities this wisdom comes from.

As a trauma-informed yoga teacher with a deep interest in mental health, I weave yoga philosophy, mindful awareness, and meditative techniques into every class. I hope you will experience yoga as a practice that reaches far beyond stretching.

Formal certification:

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, Ashtanga Yoga Mysore (2014)

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, Sivasoorya Yoga School (2011)
