Every form of exercise carries some degree of risk for injury. Lauren Dee will rely on the fact that, by participating in any of her classes, courses, private sessions, or retreats you have consulted a physician or expert and take full responsibility for your health and physical conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Dee, from and against liability, damages, costs, loss or expense "including without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any bodily injury, at any time sustained by by participating in any of her classes, courses, private sessions, or retreats.

ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are fully able and competent to enter into this agreement and conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this agreement, and to abide by and comply with this agreement.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All payments on this website will direct you to Acuity. Payments are non-refundable. to have payments transferred to future classes, Contact Lauren Dee.

GENERAL

Lauren Dee reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review this agreement for any changes. Your use of the website following any amendment of this agreement will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
