What platform do you use to host the classes?
The Livestream Yoga Classes Will Be Hosted On ZOOM. Be Sure To Get Your Free Zoom Account Ahead Of Your First Class. You Will Receive A Link after you sign up (& it will also be emailed to you) which you use To Access Class. Make sure you enter your email correctly when signing up for class!
Can other participants see + hear me?
With zoom You have the option to turn your camera on or off. it is up to you wether or not you would like to be visible. Part of the benefit of livestream classes is the feeling of motivation and accountability you get when practicing with others but if you prefer not to be seen that is totally OK too! I will mute Everyones audio so that there is no Background Noise. The Only thing you and the other participants will hear is my voice.
Do I need any props?
You don’t need any props but if you have props at home you enjoy using to support your Practice please use them! having a folded blanket or shower towel and a couple of couch cushions handy is helpful if you don’t Have props. a mat is important because it helps your hands and feet grip and not slide around. however it is possible to Practice without one.
How much space do I need to practice?
Just enough space to put a Yoga mat down but the more space the merrier. Don’t worry about that mess in your living room, no one cares, we can all relate! a place where you wont be disturbed is ideal but lets get real, we might have a dog, a kid or a partner roaming around and thats cool too!
Are your yoga classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. My instructions are easy to follow and i give optional levels for every pose so you can decide how challenging any given practice will be.
How many minutes before the start time should I click the link to access class.
Give yourself At least 5 minutes before the class start time to get settled and signed in to zoom with the class link.
Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable. if you let me know by email At least 24 hours before the class start time that you will miss class then you can transfer your payment to another class. ♡
